I can’t say anything about it,” Cockle said. “What we know is that Geralt will be part of the game. We just don’t know how much, and the game won’t focus on Geralt, so it’s not about him this time.” As for whom the game is about, Cockle claims to not know. He then appears to backtrack a bit, saying, “I have not seen any script yet. I couldn’t tell you if I did. This is the thing, so I could be lying through my teeth. But …

Read moreI was blown away when I first played Shadows of Doubt last year. The detective sim realizes a city of characters, each with their own routines, jobs, and lives to live, and you’re dropped into the middle of the locale to solve crimes while you chase down a serial killer. As far as the genre of immersive sims goes, this one seemed to have a lot going for it even while it was in Steam Early Access, and now it’s finally coming to consoles alongside its 1.0 update.ColePowered Games’ indie will arrive on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on September 26 as a digital release, though a physical version will soon follow. Detective games are timeless in their appeal, but I’ve actually never played one that goes to the lengths seen in Shadows of Doubt.

But that’s also attracted the attention of King Thanos, a version of the Mad Titan who won the Infinity War in an alternate reality. Since Avengers Campus is set in alternate MCU where Thanos never snapped half the universe out of existence, the heroes don’t know what to expect from him. Unfortunat…
