The Fiend was a creation of Bray Wyatt that allowed the wrestler to channel his darker side out. With the persona, he captured the WWE Universal Championship twice, but quickly disappeared from television and was subsequently released in 2021. Wyatt, real name Wyndham Rotunda, made his way back to WWE television with a new look, and began a feud with LA Knight, but was randomly dropped entirely.
